Ander Swayn is a knight in the Tilmouth army, heir of the Swayn family and brother of Sanden Swayn. He is well-known in Tilmouth to be easily angered and incredibly violent. He murdered Yaha of Orion and attempted to murder his brother Sanden amid allegations of their homosexual conduct and after Sanden's deserting his family, but was granted a pardon in order to continue his military service.
