Konyus is a demiurge worshiped by the people of Panoulis. Konyus is the demiurge of Balance, often associated with wisdom and the workings of alchemy and magical concoctions. He has a long history of favoring those who walk the path of alchemy and science; however, he usually prefers the schools' use in combat and violence, viewing those who study alchemy for peaceful purposes with condescension. Konyus is said to be the mediator of all alchemical reactions, acting as a constant force driving and enforcing the basic rules of alchemy. The grand temple dedicated in Konyus's honor is located south of where the Black and Omicron rivers meet; just north of Lake Avydos, and at the eastern reaches of the Avian Fields.
